Panelists:
Anna Brown is Executive Director of the Warren B. Rudman Center for Justice, Leadership & Public Service and founding member of the New Hampshire Civic Learning Coalition. She is one of New Hampshire’s foremost experts on state government and policy.
Jonathan Kipp has served as Londonderry Town Manager since 2020. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration and a Master’s in Public Administration, both from UNH.
Brendan O’Donnell is the current Deputy Secretary of State for New Hampshire, and he previously led the New Hampshire Attorney General’s Office Election Law Unit.
Dante Scala is Professor of Political Science at the ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú and an expert on American elections and campaigns.
Moderator:
Mariana Galindo Marquez, Juris Doctor Candidate ’27 at the ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú Franklin Pierce School of Law, will moderate the discussion. She is Symposium Editor of The ÌÇÐÄlogoÈë¿Ú Law Review and President of the Hispanic & Latinx Law Student Association (HLLSA).
